Domestic and International Shipping: Domestic and international orders ship USPS with a tracking number. Expedited services are available as well. Please send us an email before placing an order with any special shipping requests.

Free Shipping: Orders over a $25 subtotal and within the US (including Hawaii and Alaska) ship USPS for free.

Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

Returns & Exchanges: We strive to make goods of the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Nail Quail product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
